Abstract EN

This research deals with a study about the integration principles among the international criminal judiciary represented in the international criminal court which created Roma Basic Treaty concluded on 1998 and the national criminal judiciary for the countries, whereas it tried to confirm this principle by studying the legal justifications to consider the relations among the international criminal judiciary and the national criminal judiciary and showing aspects of cooperation of this cooperation as well studying the integration principles frame and showing the importance of the restrictions stated in it.

We have concluded our research with a group of beneficial conclusions and recommendations in this field.
