The aims of This study to provide an analytical and descriptive vision for the international efforts taken to combat the corruption crimes, based on the texts and provisions of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, which is one of the latest legal documents reached by the international community in the subject of corruption, and then monitoring the most important effective solutions and experiences between both developed countries in the world or even the Arab countries, which aims to eliminate or at least to reduce the increased risks of corruption crimes.

The study reached to explane the importance and the role of the United Nations Convention against Corruption in the national legislations on the grounds that it imposesan obligation on the national legislators to adopt the international provisions related to the criminalization of certain acts, so that the national courts could apply them, and all this in order to achieve the purpose of protecting the integrity and combat the corruption in all its forms and patterns.
