The individuals, as well, should recognize their rights and duties, to achieve the security, stability, and well-off traits that characterize civilized societies.Therefore, it is appropriate to define the rules governing social responsibility, through the appointment of the concept of community, the foundation, and the legal nature of social responsibility.

If the responsibility is dogmatic, you should clarify its scope and effects; because the effect of the provisions of this liability is different from the effects of the provisions of the tort.
