This paper aims to study the reality of the application of Algerian banks to the concept of banking marketing, and this is made through the study of the status of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR -744- agency Skikda).
Where it has been followed the descriptive approach in order to form the theory base needed to study, and the analytical method which is based on analyzing the information and collecting data by the Agency under study.
The study concluded that in spite of the lack of an independent service in the bank for marketing, in addition to its focus on some marketing policies without the others , but it has a good trend towards modern marketing concept , through the adoption of an expanded marketing mix , and as well as taking advantage from technological development and the information revolution that it has got in the field of banking like other banks that it has derived from them modern mechanisms which made it more flexible , dynamic and speed in the provision of services , whether through automated distributor owned or through the adoption of the policy of the bank to sit in addition to the use of the Internet, databases and others
