Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the concept of the human resources performance, and to address the human resources training in the light of the knowledge economy, and to highlight the training role in improving the human resources performance in the light of the knowledge economy by addressing the case of an Algerian industrial organisations, a cement organisation batna study during the period (2011-2013).

It was in this study rely on inductive approach using descriptive analytical method, as well as the approach to a case study using the tool interview with the Director of cement organisation batna, as well as workers, and the use of direct observation of the workplace during the period (2011-2013).

The study concluded that the cement organisation batna rely on training as a way to develop and raise the efficiency and expertise of its human resources, and deems necessary to remain in the market and progress more the better, and that the organisation has achieved positive results
