The management of local communities has become a very important topic in the economic and political field, because of the effective role that is played by those communities in growth.

Several studies have analyzed the local government management model to try to find the best ways that allow the realization of efficient management and optimal use of resources.

This document aims to demonstrate the role of local Communities to achieve the development through the available mechanisms and measuring of its ability to confront the local challenges of development.
