Security will remain linked to food and water security, regardless of changed circumstances, it becomes the link more pronounced at the time of crises, if that was in the House of Commons it becomes clear as possible in a few States water resources, where water is of great importance, in order to meet the basic needs of the population.

We have addressed this research paper problems facing water resources in Algeria and the various challenges facing the issue of achieving food security
