Abstract EN

The policies have resulted in financial liberalization and internationalization of the transition banking crises, financial crises and the variety and sequence, perhaps the most important challenges and the negative effects of financial liberalization.

The effects of these crises threatened to severe and serious economic and financial stability of the States concerned, and clearly demonstrated through the recent global financial crisis.

In this sense, the stability of the domestic financial system and international has become the basic objectives of the international community and the general necessity and urgency imposed by the complexity of markets and development, and in this framework, we find that many local and international institutions (IMF, World Bank…) devoted an important aspect of its activities to study the financial stability and seek to achieve, especially after the adoption of the various States of the policy of financial liberalization and the rise of financial capitalism and the spread of necessary personnel.
