Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the definitions of Zakat and the conditions to be provided both in the individual recommender (Islam, freedom, faith, civil and commissioning) or in the money approved (full ownership, quorum, thrive, Hol).We also tried through this study to identify the various goals of Zakat:social,political,devotional and psychological especially in solving celibacy problem, housing, contributing to scientific research and free treatment.We also seeked to clarify the Economic role of Zakat both in terms of its contribution in solving the problem of the economic recession and fighting against compactness along with its role in redistrbuting income , tackling inflation,increasing the operating ratio and handling the problem of unemployment.
