Quality Management System ISO 9001 is considered among the most modern management styles that most institutions are seeking to apply and through which they can achieve the most important features to improve performance and achieve the goals efficiently and effectively and thus ensure survival, continuity and superiority.

The success of today’s organizations depends on the ability to improve their performance in an orderly and comprehensive manner which enable them to enhance their competitiveness, improve their reputation and ensure the loyalty of their customers.

To find out the extent of the contribution of the Quality Management System ISO 9001 in improving the overall performance of the institution, we have conducted a practical study on the National Foundation for abrasive materials "Saida Unit", we came through to the conclusion that the application of the Foundation for Quality Management System ISO 9001has significantly contributed in improving the overall performance of (economic, social or environmental).
