Abstract EN

Brain drain is a phenomenon that spread in all over the world; it touches the scientific talents like doctors, engineers and professors for political, economic and social reasons and for maximizing the benefit.

The statistics show that the underdeveloped countries mainly the Arab ones are more affected by it , where scientifics migrate towards developing countries seeking gratefulness for their competencies in maintaining economic development and stability, that led to technological advance.

Often Brain drain is considered as invaluable loss, so the problematic to ending with it considers that it could be very profitable to homeland when it could recover its competencies in order to contribute to human development .In this view Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria tend to adopt the international and local programs in order to attract and enhance the return to their competencies and reducing the constant temptations of the developed countries.

This paper treats this phenomenon in Magherb countries.

The descriptive and analytical methods have been adopted to highlight its size, and to show the mechanisms adopted by these countries to get back their competencies.
