Abstract EN

This research aims principally at laying the scientific basis for an informed identification of electronic publishing and its role in improving the quality of financial reports in the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

In order to answer the research questions and test the research hypotheses, the researcher has relied on the analytical descriptive method in clarifying the theoretical component of the discussion and analyzing the results of the field study.

The results of the field study showed that the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology does not use modern communication and information technology for the purpose of publishing financial reports
