Abstract EN

The electronic agent or some of the legal systems call it the electronic intermediate, that was as a result of massive developments at communications technology and computer technologies aspect where at the time we didn’t accept law permit of the electronic transactions with an ordinary situation, because it has some kind of risks and according to this all lawmakers whole over the world are claiming to make a legal regulations aimed to protect the electronic consumer regarding to the more risks exposed to.

But, today we have an electronic agent today which is consider as a result of the massive developments of communication devices and computer sciences also this term had been defined by the Jurisprudence as an electronic program or any other electronic device had been prepared to do some kind of work or to respond automatically of the incoming electronic records without need to a human being control.

But this new kind of electronic transactions had caused some of legal problems such as, the administration the electronic agent and wondering about if it has the required management to be as an agent.

Where, an original administration is replaced by an agent administration.

Where, we can consider the original administration as a free of administration defects especially at retirement and spreading of automatic viruses through the electronic programs.

So, the preprogramed administration by the user of an electronic agent has some of defects and we were trying through this study to resolve this problem through three requirements, conclusion and recommendations.
