the present study aimed to identify differences in thinking Styles between ordinary teachers and special education teachers (teacher of difficulties, teacher of disability mental, talented teacher), to recognize the differences in the morale between the study sample, and to recognize the predictive ability of the thinking Styles of Morale.

The study used a list of thinking Styles for Sternberg and Wagner 1991 the abbreviated image Arabization (Abu Hashem, 2007), and a Scale of Teachers Morale that was prepared by the researcher himself.

The study sample consisted of 437 teachers of the four categories: ordinary teachers, learning disabilities teachers, mental retardation teachers and teachers of talented students from the cities of Arar, Rafhaa, and Tarif.

The study was conducted in the first semester of the academic year 2016/2017.

One of the results of the study is that there are no statistically significant differences among teachers (ordinary, difficulties, mental disability, gifted) in all styles of thinking except styles of thinking (liberal, hierarchical, monarchic, oligarchic, external).

It was the highest average in previous styles in favour of the mental disability teacher.

There are no statistically significant differences on the measure of morale in each dimension (teacher and student) and dimension (teacher, director and supervisor).

There are statistically significant differences in the measure of morale in each dimension (teacher, teaching profession and fellows) and dimension (wages, incentives, promotions, and totality degree) in favour of the teacher of mental disability.

The interplay between the styles of thinking (hierarchical-local-external-global) was the most influential in predicting the morale of teachers
