Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the reality of applying TQM standards in educational supervision from the point of view of employees in private schools in North Lebanon.

In order to achieve this objective, the researcher prepared a questionnaire that was applied to (98) teachers, managers and supervisors in the administrative field.

Calculation of arithmetical averages, standard deviations, t-test, and mono-variance analysis.

The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing educational supervisors for the quality standards in their performance was high, and there were no statistically significant differences due to gender variables, scientific qualification, years of experience, number of training courses.

Especially in relation to the adoption of various supervisory methods such as the method of comprehensive quality workshops and workshops, and work on the development of a Department of Total Quality Management in the school to ensure continuous improvement in the supervisory process, and recommended the need for scientific standards approved to help ensure quality.
