Abstract EN

The use of information systems represents the features of rapid development in the modern era, the so-called information age or information revolution.

this information revolution, by relying on high technology, has constituted a qualitative leap forward in the lives of individuals and countries.

however, this positive aspect of the revolution does not negate the negative repercussions of this high technology, which is the misuse of automated data processing systems and their illegal exploitation, which contributed to the emergence of a new breed from breed of crimes against automated data processing systems and perhaps the crime of unauthorized entry into this system is one of the most important of these crimes as a previous stage and necessary for the commission of any crime that is included among these crimes.

in this study, we attempt to take note of the crime in accordance with article 394 bis of the Algerian penal code.
