The security establishment in the modern state of the most important social institutions, which means reform, education and guidance which can not play an important role in Arab societies, if only managed to gain the confidence of setups media on their side, and who want to have deepened this trust is the (public relations department, and media security institutions) which in turn is important and active role in deepening the trust between the security services and media devices.
