The law provides for legal protection for telephone calls because of its connection to the privacy of individuals, but these conversations are not always immune to illegal listening.
As well as the telephone can also be used to commit a crime, which allowed lawmakers to intervene to allow the judicial police to intercept and record these conversations in accordance with the law.

La loi prévoit une protection juridique aux appels téléphoniques en raison de sa connexion à la vie privée des personnes, mais ces conversations ne sont pas toujours à l'abri d’écoute clandestine.
Ainsi que le téléphone peut être également utilisé pour commettre un crime, ce qui a permit aux législateurs d'intervenir pour permettre à la police judiciaire d'intercepter et d'enregistrer ces conversations conformément à la loi.
