Therefore, it is vital to establish directive principles for planning wind farms.

In order to meet the requirements of such development in obtaining renewable green sustainable energy; it is critical to achieve easy access to necessary licenses; accordingly, enhancing various strategies to implement Sustainable Energy Systems.

The research focused on the proposal to the principles and foundations of wind farms as a solution for renewable energy that include environmental considerations.

Therefore, providing energy against economic costs, by following a symmetrical balance between environmental, social and economic needs and by lying the basis for green cost-effective sustainable energy to reach conclusive standards on both national and regional levels for access to a national wind map suitable for investment.
