Algeria, like other countries that seek to keep pace with the control systems of modern institutions under the dependence of the various international bodies and the search for accession to the World Organization for Trade, Algeria started in structural reforms since the nineties, in search of activating and modernizing the government's financial and economic performance, This includes several reforms to the development of public administration systems, which including the modernization of the financial accounting system for public accounting.

Algeria is keen on reforming the governmental regulatory system in order to keep pace with current developments and ensure the optimal use of resources and public uses and control over their implementation.

This study deals with how to conduct financial supervision in an administrative institutions in Algeria and try to know their prospects in order to preserve public funds
