Abstract EN
Most organizations seek to achieve success in their operations and activities and they perpetually struggle to build a strategic and competitive position which ensures their survival, growth and excellence in performance within the environment in which they work.
To add, only distinct organizations seek to accomplish these objectives; thus, they are required to possess a clear long-term vision to their goals.
The analysis of work environment by the organization is considered to be the number one and the fundamental mission of the organization.
This distinguishes such organizations from those who follow the conventional analysis which focuses solely on the internal environment.
In addition, the organization’s strategic success depends on its ability to adapt to the opportunities as well as the threats that local and global environment impose upon it.
Also, the organization’s success depends on to how extent it adapts to the external environment which increases its gains from seizing the showing up opportunities, and enhances its ability to resist the environmental threats.
Based on this fact, the organization is required to assess and analyze the positive and negative changes which may occur in its work environment.
