English Abstract

Tourism in the current century has become the first export industry all over the World since lot of people speak about tourism revolution.

However, this industry in some countries of the developed world such as Algeria faces difficulties in find up the negative image since it suffers from of shortage in marketing its resources and tourism component on the national and international levels.

Despite Algeria possesses several and complete tourism resource that rarely we found in one country which make it worth to be a leader of tourism destination in the Mediterranean Sea.

Required tourism development is not achieved only through touristic investment only but also through marketing investment based on market study and adequate to tourism competition, and enable to animate tourism movement.

That is why Algeria is, now, oriented steadily and determination to develop its tourism sector through orienting plan to tourism fitting, that is regarded as the reference framework of the tourism policy in Algeria to 2025 year.

This reference framework is based on five main axis, the first one is the plan who determine Algeria destination, in the field of marketing strategy of the tourism product on the national and international levels, in which it is confirmed that promoting the Algeria image is the essential matter that become a full and competitive tourist destination its main genuine features are innovation and quality.

Thus, it is so important to spread electronic tourism marketing campaign that is considered as the modern mean to tourism marketing, this is due to the active and important role that plays in the marketing Algeria tourism image on the national and international level and to develop the movement and industry of tourism.
