English Abstract

Algeria has a great tourist potential that may make it the first destination for all tourists in the world, and with the economic crisis that has affected the social fabric of society it is imperative to go to the tourism sector as one of the alternatives to development and one of the strategic options for it..

The tourism sector can be a major driver of economic development in Algeria because of its vast potential and as a productive sector that is of great importance in increasing national income, improving the balance of payments and a source of hard currency, providing employment opportunities for the labor force, and becoming the largest industry in the world by mixing Between human and material capital represented in the tourist areas that need a human resource capable of investing in them by building a tourism culture that promotes awareness of the importance of tourism and the ways to attract and attract tourists.

This research aims to clarify the sociological and economic imperative of tourism as an integrated industry that contributes to development.
