Abstract EN

This study is enrolled in the discovery studies of one of the main new concepts of organizational behavior, namely: the administrative empowerment.

this latter was studied in one of the important institutions, that is to say; the university, starting from this central question: what is the reality of the administrative empowerment for the administrative agents in the Algerian university? from methodological procedures and statistical techniques, this research reached the following findings: the realization of all the theories of the study which are: the delegacy of authority, the participation in decisions, taking the responsibility, and self-censorship.
