Bitcoin and other virtual currencies emerged as a new arrival at the level of the global monetary system.

they are cryptographic currencies that do not have a physical presence.

they are traded only via the internet.

they do not have a central regulator.

they are an open payment system and have received international attention in many respects, this is a threat to the stability of the global monetary system if taken as a global currency, in addition to that, dealing with them expose the holder to many of the most important risks.

risk exchange rates and credit risks, so it was incumbent upon the people of the global monetary system to adapt to them.
