The climate Change has become a real phenomenon, where it impacts on the people and their properties.

This phenomenon has catastrophic consequences that become obvious for everyone.

Therefore, the climate change has become the responsibility of all dwellers of this blue planet.

They have to prevent the climate change, or to decrease its consequences at least, because they will pay a priceless bill if they do not act seriously to end this occurrence.

More than five decades ago, the humanity began looking after solutions of this sever problem at different levels: globally, locally, and regionally.

At the global level, Earth summits, which have been assembled number of times, attempted to set protocols, make agreements, and support researches and studies intensively.

In this sense, some local and regional organizations follow steps of this global organization (UNCED) to solve this problem.

In this paper, we have attempted to illuminate the expected consequences of the climate change, such as the drought, floods, famines, food security, and emigrations.

We, at the beginning, provided the different efforts of the global nations to prevent the climate change.

Finally, we delivered number of procedures, which may assist the humanity to prevent the climate change, or to adopt with this phenomenon
