The study aimed to identify the degree of employment of Al-Quds Open University for the skills of the blended learning students, and to achieve the objectives of the study were prepared consisting study tool of (25 paragraph) finalized, and been verified reliability coefficient The value of reliability coefficient (0.876), and the results indicated that the degree of hiring Al-Quds open University skills blended education in general students were intermediate, reaching the arithmetic average year (1.06), also it indicated that the most important indicators to recruit Al-Quds open University skills blended education students were related to the availability of educational technology services via the internet to students, and no differences statistically significant about the degree of employment of intelligent learning skills attributed to the school level, the lack of statistically significant differences about the degree of employment of intelligent learning skills due to the variable branch differences, and no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) on the degree of employment of intelligent learning skills due to the variable the college.

Among the recommendations that came out of the study: further research on the effectiveness of blended learning in the development of the skills of creative thinking among students, and employ smart education approach in the provision of courses in all universities, and the university administration to encourage faculty members to employ this style in the educational process .

In addition to providing adequate training for faculty members in order to master this kind of teaching methods.
