Abstract EN

This research is an attempt to explore the constant and variable stakes in the values of Algerian university youth, according to abstract perception and actual behavior, in the context of the process of social change witnessed by the Algerian family.

, As well as with regard to the exercise of individuals in their behavior.

In addition to showing the extent of the paradox between the values of the perceived and realistic values of university youth, based on the following questions: What are the perceived and realistic values of the university youth, and is there an existing disparity between them? It is assumed that there are differences in the order of perceived values and realistic values, a difference between values as perceived by the individual, and values actually practiced.

The sample of the study consisted of 145 young people from the University of Tiaret.
