The study was based on the reality of business ethics and ways of establishing them in the Palestinian companies.

- the existence of a positive relationship of statistical significance between (supervision, evaluation of work, management of micro systems) and the establishment of business ethics in the industrial companies operating in the Gaza strip.

the study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are : raise awareness of the highest ethics of business in organizations.-develop an ethical charter that requires both managers and employees to adhere to it while practicing their work.-pay attention to those who are morally committed and give them the material and moral rewards they deserve.
