The environment of investment and general conditions that characterized the state play a major role in the performance of any economy, so that economic performance is linked to a large extent that overall conditions of the environment of investment positively or negatively.
The attraction foreign and domestic investments is one of the most important challenges of the new global economic system on the international, regional and national economics the conditions provided by the investments environment and incentives offered to investors has reach a significant role in attracting these investments and encourage them to participate in economic projects and contribute to economic development.
This study was to shed light on the Algerian experience in the field of attracting investment and the creation of the investment climate in light of the growing importance of developing countries as a preferred destination for foreign investment in order to stand on the reality and identify the most Important obstacles to the existence of favorable investment climate.
