The Kabylie witnessed a difficult period in the middle of the 18th centry,characterized by pits and disputes between tribes and villages.Among these parties we find the federation of Beni betroun in Ouacif region,which led to the convening to deliberation in which he participated the tribal leaders and villages in 1749 which made a serious disision led to exclusion of women from inheritance.

Several tribes have followed the same approach,and they have also met,among then,federal tribes of Beni Irathen,Fliki,Iazougen and Djemaa Saridj,after the agreement between Algeria and Spain, under which the Algerian prisoners including the prisoners of kabylia, the results were contrary to expectations as they were negative.

The question that can be asked is:what is the law that kabyle women were subjected to, in the first half of the 18th century, before deciding to prevent women from inheriting ?What is the content of these two deliberations?were the results?
