Organizational culture is one of the human phenomena that has been studied, researched and analyzed by researchers.

The aim of these efforts is to investigate their implications, limit their dimensions, build their measurement tools, and determine their level and the nature of their relationship with other organizational variables.

In addition, the subject of efficiency, the other is concerned with the attention of specialists, in order to develop intellectual entries that contribute to the evaluation of theoretical and practical propositions and determine the characteristics of this variable.

In this study, organizational culture was adopted as an input to measure effectiveness.
