In this paper, we address the subject of the craft’s enterprise in Algeria and the policy of supporting set for their development.

We have introduced the concept of this type of Enterprises as well as its role in the economic development process.

In the second section, we discussed the policy of the government and its effort to increase the capacity of the sector within the challenges of globalization and trade liberalization have remained.

Then, we will assess the most important achievements under the support policy that has been designed.

Finally, We presented the fundamental difficulties that still face the handworkers.
