The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between procedural justice and the intention of the voluntary work turnover of the worker in the Algerian institution by examining the workers' views on the level of procedural justice and the level of their intention of rotation.
The descriptive approach was used in this study, and the questionnaire was used to collect information from the field of study represented banks of the state of Adrar by conducting a comprehensive survey of its 100 workers.
The study reached the following main results: *The unfairness of the foundations of the rewards has a certain effected the intention of rotation among workers.
*The level of procedural fairness with regard to the possibility of appeal on the decision taken against the worker within the banks has a clear impact on the intention of turnover.
*The level of procedural fairness with regard to the clarity of the performance evaluation criteria does not affect the intention of rotation of workers.
*The level of procedural fairness with respect to promotion procedures does not affect the intention of rotation of workers.
