Abstract EN

The current study aims at building a measurement for teachers' sympathy in primary schools, then measuring the level of sympathy among those teachers.

To attain the aims of this study, the two researchers built an instrument for measuring sympathy, and this aspect is applied to a sample of primary school teachers in Basra.

The study accomplished this measurement and identified its validity and stability and then applying it to the sample.

The results showed that there is an increasing level of sympathy among the primary school teachers compared to the medium.
