Abstract EN

The aim of the present study is to identify the impact of the management control upon the mesuring as well as the steering of the human resources performance.

For this purpose, the aforementioned study has been carried out upon a sample of an Algerian public industrial company, and for this reason, we have adopted a survey as a tool of data gathering.

The data included in the survey have been analysed afterwards by means of the SPSS, based on the percentage, the arithmetic average, the standard deviation as well as the T test of the only sample, so as to determine the impact of the independent variable, ( the management control ), upon the dependent variable, ( the measuring along with the steering of the human resources performance.
