Abstract EN
This study aims to know on the new challenges that will be imposed on the Algerian insurance companies when you enforcement the requirements of the solvency 2 in the field of risk management and capital requirements.
In trying to answer the problem of Pillars of the solvency 2system, and its compatibility with the system in force in Algerian insurance companies.
This study I concluded that the Algerian insurance companies Is inconsistent with international developments in the field of solvency, both in terms of quantitative or qualitative.
