This study aims to explore the role of strategy adopted by offices and companies in Saudi construction sector in managing their crises and how to succeed in overcoming them without loss or minimizing them.

is there a relationship between the number of crises experienced by the companies and offices and their assessment of their success in overcoming crises and the adoption of a strategy in crisis management.

the study showed that the role of strategy in crisis management is neutral and that there is no correlation between number of crises experienced by offices and companies, the extent of their evaluation of their success in overcoming them and type of strategy they use, as well as the strategies most used are strategies of aborting the crisis and fragmentation it into Saudi construction sector.
