Abstract EN

This study aims at shedding light on the reality of knowledge management in the Algerian economic institution due to the importance of knowledge in the science of organizations.

by utilizing questionnaires distributed to leaders of economic institutions taking into account factor of diversity through the selection of a sample of economic institutions operating within different sectors.

findings show that, there is a flimsy adoption of knowledge management because of the weak availability of management requirements in terms of flexible organizational structures, participatory organizational culture, initiative and creative leadership and acceptable structure of information and communication technology.
