Abstract EN

The study aimed to test the relationship between the application of knowledge management as an intellectual approach, and the development of administrative creativity in the Algerian institution "Algeria Telecomme" at ain defla.

in order to achieve the objectives of this study, we distributed a questionnaire designed to check the variables of the study on a sample consisting of (70) employees working at that institution.

the total number of recovered questionnaires that are qualified for analysis is (59) questionnaires.

the most important results of this study are : - the institution “Algeria telecomm” adopts the knowledge management approach in almost all its administrative sections ; - there are differences on the statistical indication, between knowledge management (knowledge management processes) and the development of administrative creativity within the institution “Algerie Telecomme”.
