Abstract EN

Translation (T.) is the expression in another Language, in this research we've studied a Subject which is related to the Language and the Literature in the Modern Hebrew studying.

It is "The Translation and its function in development of the Modern Hebrew Literature" (M.H.L.).The ( T.) had a very important function in the development of the Modern Hebrew language and its literature, when it increased the Hebrew vocabularies in general, and the literature vocabularies and terms specially.

We studied three periods along the M.H.L.'s history, first period was the " Hascala ההשכלה ," which has the first steps of the development of M.H.L.

.

The (T.) Helps increasing the Modern Hebrew language Vocabularies and its literature's terms.

We mentioned some of translators in this period, who were "Moshe Mendelsohn" and "Isaac Edward Selkinson" and some of their works.

The second period was the" Modernism מודרניזם "where T.

helps M.H.L.

and L.

to know the modern technics and Vocabularies to use it in its products.

We mentioned two of the most famous translators from this period, who are "Abraham Shloneski" and" Shaol Chernohoviski" and their participants in the translations form the foreign literature to the Hebrew literature.

The third Period was the post-modernism מודרניזם-בוסט ,"where T.

had a very important function to develop the M.H.L.

It had a lot of translators, who translates a lot of science fiction and fantasy work.

By the end of the search, we talked about literature Translation from the Hebrew language to the foreign languages .we also talked about the Israeli associations for translation.
