The study aimed to identify the degree of Secondary School Principals Practice administrative transparency provinces of Gaza from the point View of their teachers, and researchers used the descriptive approach, and the study tool is a questionnaire distributed on four areas: information, administrative communication, decision making, participation, and study sample consisted of (249) teachers, and it was the most important findings of the study include: 1.
Ratings of secondary school teachers in the provinces of Gaza, the reality of the degree of secondary school principals and administrative transparency was (3.14) degrees, with a standard deviation (16.2) degrees, reaching a weight proportional arithmetic (62.9%), a medium degree.

Arithmetic average of the total score for each area of study was moderately.

Fields of study came in descending order: The information in the first place, followed by the decision-making, then the administrative contact, and finally participate.

There were no statistically significant differences are significant differences (0.05α≤) in the total score of the scale of the practice of secondary school principals and administrative transparency from the standpoint of their teachers, but the dimensions of transparency in the fields of study are attributable to the type variable (male, female), and Qualification.
5.
There are statistically significant differences (0.05α≤) in the total score of the scale of administrative transparency among secondary school principals in the Gaza Strip, from the point of view of teachers are attributable to variable years of service (less than 5 years, 5-10 years).
