Women's issues occupied a central part of speech development in developed and developing countries alike, and States have become evaluated by human development standards and the level of interest in human beings, States have become internationally resulted in a list of progress and backwardness by these standards.

It is the standards that are used to measure the progress of society and the extents of his interest in human development are the two standards are essential: the participation of women, and women's empowerment.

Accordingly, Egypt has made many of the efforts for the advancement of women, In spite of that the Egyptian Human Development Reports confirmed the low status of women, which is still suffering illiteracy, poverty and lack of participation in public life, and the statistics reflected the gender gap between women and men.

The current study puts forward a number of motions to empower women to participate in the development of Egyptian society.
