This study aims at identifying the efficiency of using blended learning in developing the skills of reciting the Horan Quran by the pupils of the fifth primary grade.
To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher prepared a list of Quran reciting skills that are necessary and suitable to the pupils of the fifth primary grade.
The list consists of three main fields under which (9) sub-skill is listed.
The list was presented to a group ot referees to make sure of its accuracy.
Through this list, a blended learning program for developing the skills of reciting the Holy Quran was structured according to serial logical steps.
The program was also a group of referees to make sure of its accuracy and suitability.
The researcher also prepared two tools for this study, the first is an achievement test that consists of 34 multiple choice items while the second tool is an observation card for the recitation skills that consists of three main fields under which (17) sub-skills are listed.
The two tools were presented to a group of referees and made the necessary changes on it.
The researcher chose a deliberate sample fr0m Aysha School that consists of 22 pupils taught by the blended learning strategy.
The researcher also used the quasi- experimental approach to conduct this study.
The findings also show the blended learning approach is effective in developing the skills of reciting the Holy Quran of the pupils of the fifth primary grade.
