The main Objective of current study is to identify the relationship between the chaotic behavior and the emotional balance Among late comers And Excelling academically Students In Primary School, The study sample consisted of late comers And Excelling academically Students In Primary School, which aged (10-11 years), and the percent of their intelligence is located in the Mediterranean borders, this sample consisted of (200) pupils, and it is divided into two groups as follows : Group A : The study sample included psychometric, numbering (100) pupils .
The second group includes the core sample study, which consisted of 100 pupils, divided as follows: 1-(50) excelling academically [Holders of ratios of 90% or more in the achievement tests and the percentage of their intelligence more than (120) degrees, and are divided into (25) males, (25) females.
2-(50) late comers [Holders of less than (60%) in the rates of achievement tests and the percentage of IQ of less than (120) , divided into (25) males, (25) females *The sample was taken from government primary school, Sohag district.
To validate the study hypotheses researcher hired the following tools: A- Chaotic behavior scale, Preparation by researcher (2015) .
B-Balancing emotional scale Preparation by researcher (2015) .
C -Colored Progressive Matrices(CPM), Preparation byJohn.
Raven (1956) The study found that : -The Emotional balance level of Excelling academically Students higher than it's level among latecomers students.
-Chaotic Behavior incidence rates among latecomers students, higher than ht's incidence rates from Excelling academically Students .
-The emotional balance degree is different between students (male-female) according to some demographic variables (age, gender, educational level of mother and father).
