Abstract EN

The study aimed to explore the relationship between the differences in lifestyle and marital adjustment.

the sample of this research consists of 200 person (100) pair and (100) wife, aged between 26 and 42 years old with an average of (32.13) and a standard deviation of (2.72) .

The tools were used a questionnaire of daily lifestyle, and marital adjustment scale.

The results of this research were: 1- There are significant differences between matched couples and mismatched couples in lifestyle in the level of marital adjustment; it was found that matched couples in lifestyle have more marital adjustment than mismatched couples in lifestyle.

2- There are significant differences between morningness couples and eveningness couples in socialfeatures for the benefit of morningness couples.
