The study aims to identify the role of the use of social media a letter in promoting values among high school students social studies teacher "system courses?" To achieve this, the study attempts to answer the following questions: 1.

What is the reality the use of a letter of social communication in promoting the values from the standpoint of social studies teachers at the high school social studies teacher (courses system)? 2.

What is the use of social studies teacher and a letter means of social communication in promoting social values from the viewpoint of high school students (courses system)? 3.

What is the use of social studies teacher and a letter means of social communication in the promotion of family values from the viewpoint of high school students (courses system)? 4.

What is the use of social studies teacher and a letter means of social communication in promoting intellectual values from the viewpoint of high school students (courses system)? 5.

What is the use of social studies teacher and a letter means of social communication in promoting personal values from the viewpoint of high school students (courses system)? 6.

What is the use of electronic social networking and social studies teacher in the promotion of national values from the viewpoint of high school students (courses system)? 7.

What is the use of electronic social networking and social studies teacher in the promotion of human values from the viewpoint of high school students (courses system)? The study measures: the researcher adopted in this study, the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study population consisted of all social studies teachers and high school students the management of Education of the province collected in the second semester of the year 1436 AH, was chosen as the social studies teachers at the secondary stage courses system and a random sample of (130) students, representing the community for simple random sampling method, the researcher built a study tool and of a questionnaire, taking advantage of the theoretical framework for the study and previous studies, and to ensure its sincerity; were presented to a group of arbitrators, the coefficient of correlation "Pearson" to measure the sincerity of the questionnaire internal and to ensure stability; the use coefficient (Alpha Cornpach), totaled reliability coefficient for all axes, (0.89), after the collection of data was analyzed using frequencies and percentages, and the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, has been reached following conclusions and recommendations: The current study found the following results: - - Results of the study showed that the degree of use of Social Studies of the means of social communication in promoting values in the high school teacher (courses) system "confined in the third category of categories quintet scale between (2.61 - 3.40), which means that members of the community believe that the medium they use in general.

- Results of the study showed that the degree of strengthening the social media family and social, intellectual and humanitarian and personal and national values by social studies teachers confined to the fourth category of categories quintet scale between (3.41 - 4.20), which means that the respondents believe that their promotion degree significantly and that in general.

- Results of the study showed the positive role of the means of social communication in promoting the values of which enhances employed in educational fields.

- Results of the study showed the need to train teachers and students on the use of social media in various educational fields skills.

Suggestions: - Conduct further surveys on multiple segments of the various stages of education students to reveal the role of mass communication in promoting the values they have.

- Make content decisions and social studies to identify shortcomings in the social values analysis studies in preparation for promotion across multiple means of communication.

- Conduct several training workshops for teachers in the employ social media in the teaching of social studies, allowing them to acquire educational experiences in promoting educational values electronically.
