Abstract EN

This study was conducted on "social risk factors in the Jordanian family environment" –The Case of Jordan, To monitor and analyze the reality of Jordanian family in order to identify the demographic, economic, social and educational characteristics, and Attempting to detect social risk factors in the Jordanian family environment and the relationship of these factors to terrorism and extremism, and the role of the family of Jordan to resest these factors, also this study showed the Jordanian arrangements in the face and address them so as to ensure the prevention of the phenomenon of terrorism and extremism, And so out of the concept of social risk and it holds the contents of the benefit from prevention through readiness and response by all means to minimize the material and moral losses of the Jordanian family as a result of achieving these social risk factors, The study used a descriptive and analytical approach, And it adopted in the processing and analysis of data on the style of analysis of the content of the documents, records and statistical reports issued by public and private institutions.

The study found the that in spite of a trend the Jordanian family toward nuclear type, with a volume of about (4.82) person, but it is considered an extended family, in terms of social relations that bind the parents with the broader family that they belong to, which was the cause that the family of Jordan are resistant to the most important social risk factors, especially poverty, the study also found that the social risk factors addressed by the study is not equaled in terms of the severity of its impact on the Jordanian family ,unemployment then poverty and domestic violence are the most influential and contribute to the possibility of producing other social gravity such as divorce, family disintegration, dropping out of school, and child labor, which could push any of them or all of the family members to deviation in behaviors and to terrorist crime.

however, the study also showed that crime in Jordan that may result from social risk factors are still around normal rates, but it is about to stimulate and awaken the beast, The most important arrangements was taken by the government of Jordan in the face of social risk factors that Jordan is the first Arab country to issue special law to protect the family and to achieve the protection of its members and ensures the preservation of its privacy, and also Jordan was the first Arab country that established administration to protect the family in the Directorate of General Security for the same goal, the most important recommendations of the study is a call for the need to find families records of data and information on the conditions of all families in all locations in Jordan, and to establish a family courts to consider the most important issues for them.
