Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the effects of the application of university courses on electronic personal university student from the viewpoint of faculty members, and the study used a descriptive analytical method, as well as a tool corresponding to a sample of faculty members at the Islamic University and Al Quds Open University in Gaza, the Al-Aqsa University, and the University of Al-Azhar, and the University of Palestine, and the University of Gaza, and the study found the most important recommendations: The need for concerted efforts of the Ministry of Education and other ministries for the advancement of e-learning as a new way to teach our students, and the creation of a special department in the Ministry of Education and follow-up of e-learning and the development of the capacities of workers in the universities do, and also urged the Palestinian universities to improve e-learning and benefiting from the experiences of countries advanced in this area through networking and cooperation with universities that sponsor such as this type of education, and make e-learning a priority of Education for being the latest types of education application in universities promising and modern in developed countries, and finally support private laboratories in universities, holding courses and workshops in continuing to develop the capacities of all the new workers in this field.
