Abstract EN

This research focused on highlighting the activation of foreign investment in the industrial sector as a key to the advancement of the national economy.

The research has reached several conclusions, the most important being the industrial sector during the period 2002-2016 Made very significant revenues contributed to the upgrading of the economy in Algeria, However, the volume of foreign direct investment in this vital sector does not reflect the great potential available and the efforts made to promote it.

The research also found a number of proposals, the most important of which was attracting more foreign direct investment and its expected effects on growth Depends on the ability to promote ideas and investment opportunities ,to highlight the available investment projects, especially in the industrial sector,, In order to value economic capacity and expand the productive base, as well as to diversify economic partners and to use their potential and expertise.
